This migrant decided to follow a recipe handed down from generation to generation across centuries.
This is a limited edition limoncello and, being an old style production, could also show black spots or variation in density.
Limoncello Contessa has a rich, oily aroma of lemon, which is particularly potent on the palate too.
Bottled in an elegant and princely blue bottle with the emblem that distinguishes it for its origin and alcoholic supremacy.

CONTESSA TIRAMISU'
(Serves 10 people)
For the cream:
500 grams of mascarpone cheese
200 ml of milk cream
150 grams of sugar
50 grams of chopped white chocolate
Ladyfingers
Lemon peel to decorate
For the syrup:
100 ml of Limoncello Contessa liquor
200 ml of cold milk
CHEESECAKE CONTESSA
For the sponge:
40 g Caster Sugar (1 1/2 oz)
2.5 ml Lemon Extract (1/2 tsp)
25 g Plain Flour (1 oz)
about 1 Large Egg
For the cheesecake:
400 g White Chocolate (13 1/2 oz)
5 ml Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
275 g Ricotta Cheese (9 1/2 oz), at room temperature
75 ml Limoncello (5 tbsp)
5 g Icing Sugar (1 tsp)
Lemon x 1 for lemon rind
CONTESSA FRUIT SALAD
A less frequent but delicious use Limoncello
Contessa as a dressing for fruit salads, strawberries or berries.
The result is a real delight.
