Limoncello Contessa is an Australian limoncello crafted in Melbourne using a traditional Italian recipe brought to Australia by Italian migrant and entrepreneur Vincenzo De Paolis.

Born from family tradition and shaped by years of passion for quality and authenticity, Limoncello Contessa represents the meeting of two cultures — Italian heritage and Australian craftsmanship.
After migrating to Australia, Vincenzo set out to recreate the limoncello he grew up with: bold in citrus aroma, smooth on the palate, and made to be shared at the end of a meal with family and friends. What began as a personal project quickly evolved into a growing, founder‑led brand appreciated within the local community.
Each batch of Limoncello Contessa is produced in small quantities, using carefully selected lemons and a slow infusion process that respects traditional Italian methods. The result is a limoncello with intense character, balanced sweetness, and a clean, refreshing finish.
